Melissa Jennings is the Director of Operations at R&I Group, where she oversees methodology, ethics, and quality control across Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies and Political Science, as well as a Master of Arts in War Studies with a focus on complex emergencies and gender.

As the liaison between the company and clients, Melissa ensures that all aspects of the research project are up to date, providing regular updates on the status of work plans, budget development, and human resource management. Her role also involves hiring contractors, developing SOPs for employees, and managing the overall direction of research projects. Melissa’s keen attention to detail and vast experience make her a valuable member of the R&I Group team.
